Terms of Use
Last updated: pending first release. This page mirrors the terms bundled inside the app.
These terms govern your use of VPN HAPP Proxy Monitor. By using the app, you agree to them.
What the app is
VPN HAPP Proxy Monitor is a monitoring tool. It checks whether server configurations you provide are reachable and keeps a local history of the results. It does not operate, sell, or provide access to any proxy or VPN service of its own — every server you add is one you already have access to through your own means.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to test connectivity to any server you add, and for complying with any terms that server’s operator or your own network provider impose. The app is a diagnostic tool; it is not a substitute for your judgment about which servers are safe or appropriate for you to use.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is.” A check result reflects our best attempt to reach your server at the moment the check ran — network conditions change, and a result should be treated as informative, not authoritative. We do not guarantee the app or the checking service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on a check result.
Proxy Monitor Pro
Proxy Monitor Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks additional watch capacity, longer history retention, and additional features described in the app at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew or expire. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple; refund requests are handled under Apple’s own policies, not by us directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to test, probe, or interact with any server you do not have permission to access, and not to attempt to use the checking service for any purpose other than checking your own watched servers.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a material way, the update will ship with the app version that introduces the change.
